We are seeking a results-driven KOL Content Strategist to lead influencer-led campaigns for M-Commerce Corporation. This full-time role, based in Bonifacio Global City, Metro Manila, focuses on crafting briefs and scripts that capture each Key Opinion Leader's voice while delivering brand storytelling and measurable performance. You will own the end-to-end process from outreach and brief creation to content review, approvals, and post-campaign analysis. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on content development to ensure every collaboration drives meaningful impact.

As a KOL Content Strategist, you will partner with Marketing, Creative, and Product teams to design authentic campaigns that resonate with target audiences. You will build relationships with KOLs, manage campaign calendars, negotiate terms within budgets, and ensure timely delivery of assets. You will continuously optimize campaigns based on data, delivering actionable insights and clear reports to stakeholders. You will also safeguard brand safety, disclosure compliance, and quality standards across all creator content.

Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end influencer campaigns from brief to execution, ensuring alignment with brand voice and performance goals.
  • Develop, adapt, and approve briefs and scripts tailored to each KOL's voice and audience.
  • Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, agencies, and talent networks; negotiate terms within budget.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and Product teams to plan campaigns and content calendars.
  • Monitor campaign performance, optimize in real-time, and provide post-campaign reports with actionable insights.
  • Ensure brand safety, legal compliance, and disclosure guidelines across all content.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, KOL campaigns, or content strategy.
