Responsibility
- Develop and execute integrated KOL and influencer marketing strategies to align with clients’ objectives.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google Ads.
- Analyze campaign performance, generate actionable insights, and create comprehensive performance reports for internal and client review.
- Collaborate closely with content, design, and social media teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign success.
- Identify, approach, and establish partnerships with relevant influencers and KOLs in key industry sectors.
- Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and budgets to maximize ROI.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and platform algorithms to maintain a competitive edge.
- Monitor and respond to campaign feedback, making recommendations for ongoing optimization and improvement.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, influencer outreach, or KOL campaign management.
- Proven knowledge of paid advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign performance reporting.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for influencer and client engagement.
- Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
