Join Private Advertiser as a KOL Manager and lead our influencer marketing program in Indonesia. This role drives end-to-end influencer partnerships that boost brand awareness and accelerate sales across key social channels. Youâll own the process from creator discovery and onboarding to contract negotiation, campaign execution, and post-campaign evaluation. As a KOL Manager, you will source and recruit influencers who align with our brand values and campaign objectives, negotiate terms and compensation, and guide collaborations from brief to publish. Youâll work closely with Marketing, Creative, and Product teams to ensure authentic content that resonates with our audience while maintaining brand safety and compliance. Youâll also monitor performance, analyze results, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, delivering clear, actionable insights to stakeholders.
Weâre looking for a proactive communicator who can build lasting partnerships with top creators, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and maintain a robust influencer pipeline. This is a hands-on role in a dynamic environment where your efforts directly influence brand perception and business outcomes.
Responsibility
- Identify, recruit, and onboard KOLs/influencers who align with brand values and campaign goals.
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing, deliverables, timelines, and compliance with brand guidelines.
- Develop comprehensive campaign briefs; coordinate content briefs, approvals, and creative direction with influencers.
- Manage relationships with creators; maintain a performance-driven influencer pipeline and database.
- Monitor campaign performance using metrics such as reach, engagement, clicks, and conversions; optimize spend and ROI.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and Product teams to ensure consistent messaging and timely delivery.
- Provide post-campaign analysis and reporting to stakeholders; identify learnings for future campaigns.
Qualification
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in influencer/KOL management or influencer marketing.
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and relationship-building skills.
- Deep knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate into actionable insights.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple campaigns and vendors.
- Fluent in Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus; based in or willing to work in Kabupaten Tangerang/Banten region.
