Qualification

  • 5+ years of professional pastry or bakery experience with leadership responsibilities.
  • Formal culinary or pastry training; degree or certificate preferred.
  • Expertise in laminated doughs, viennoiserie, artisan bread, chocolate, and sugar work.
  • Strong palate, attention to detail, and creativity with a track record of menu development.
  • Proven ability to lead a team in a fast paced bakery environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of food safety and HACCP; ServSafe certification is a plus.
