Join Levi Kuliner Management as a Learning & Development Specialist (F&B) in Jakarta. This role is designed for a hands-on L&D professional who can design, implement, and monitor SOPs and training programs across our dynamic food and beverage outlets. You will partner with operations leaders to elevate service quality, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive performance through structured onboarding and ongoing development.
You will own the end-to-end learning lifecycle, from needs assessment and content creation to delivery and evaluation. By leveraging data and feedback, you will optimize learning experiences that translate into measurable improvements in operational consistency, guest satisfaction, and team capability.

Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all F&B functions, ensuring compliance with brand standards and local regulations.
- Design and deliver engaging training programs for new hires, supervisors, and managers; facilitate onboarding and ongoing skills development.
- Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, KPIs, audits, and feedback; adjust content to improve performance and compliance.
- Collaborate with operations to identify skill gaps and create corrective action plans; support performance improvement initiatives.
- Create and maintain documentation, job aids, and SOP manuals; ensure accessibility across outlets.
- Lead train-the-trainer sessions; empower store leaders to cascade knowledge.
- Analyze operational data to inform learning priorities and ROI; report to management with insights.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Hospitality, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in learning and development within F&B or hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of SOPs, compliance, health and safety standards in a hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills in Indonesian and English.
- Ability to design and deliver blended learning programs (in-person and digital).
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and learning analytics; able to track progress and impact.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
