Responsibility

- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum and alignment with program goals.

- Participate in department service, committees, and accreditation activities.
- Support inclusive teaching practices and accessibility for a diverse student body.
Qualification
- Terminal degree in the relevant discipline or a masters with substantial teaching experience in higher education
- Demonstrated excellence in college level teaching and student engagement
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience with learning management systems and online or hybrid instruction
- Ability to develop innovative curricula and assessment strategies
- Commitment to inclusion, equity, and student success
- Evidence of ongoing scholarly activity or professional practice
