Are you passionate about legal and compliance matters? We are looking for a Legal & Compliance Officer to join our team at PT. FONA JAYA ABADI in Kosambi, Banten. In this role, you will be responsible for handling company licensing, regulatory compliance, and permit coordination while supporting import processes and internal operations (SNI, PI Baja).
Responsibility
- Ensure company compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Manage licensing and permit coordination
- Support import processes and internal operations
- Monitor and update legal documentation
- Provide legal advice to stakeholders
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
- Experience in legal and compliance roles
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
