Job description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and skilled Legal Counsel to join Mentor Media Ltd in Jurong East, West Region. As a Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and guidance to the company on various legal matters.
Responsibility
- Provide legal advice on corporate and commercial legal matters
- Draft and review contracts and legal documents
- Handle legal disputes and negotiations
- Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams and external legal counsel
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
- Admitted to the Bar as a practicing lawyer
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
