Join Alex Villas Group as a Legal Permit Specialist in Badung, Bali. This pivotal role oversees the end-to-end processing of essential project permits, including PBG, SLF, and environmental permits, ensuring full regulatory compliance and smooth project progression. You will work closely with our project teams to translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable plans and ensure timely approvals.
In this role, you will coordinate with government agencies such as the Dinas PUPR, Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN), and local authorities, managing submissions, renewals, and document audits. Your meticulous attention to detail will support our commitments to safety, quality, and sustainability while protecting the companyβs interests and reputation.

Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end processing of project permits and licenses (PBG, SLF, environmental permits) from initiation to approval.
- Coordinate with government agencies (Dinas PUPR, BPN, local authorities) to secure timely decisions and maintain compliance calendars.
- Prepare, submit, and track permit applications and supporting documentation; maintain accurate records and audit trails.
- Monitor regulatory changes and assess impact on ongoing projects; provide timely guidance to project teams.
- Collaborate with legal and project stakeholders to identify regulatory risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Ensure consistency with company policies, safety standards, and environmental commitments.
- Generate regular reports on permit status, renewals, and compliance metrics for management review.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in permitting and regulatory compliance, preferably in construction or real estate within Indonesia.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian permit processes, including PUPR, BPN, and environmental regulations.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills with the ability to liaise with multiple government agencies.
- Detail-oriented with robust documentation, filing practices, and record-keeping.
- Proficiency with MS Office; experience with permit management software or regulatory databases is a plus.
