Responsibility
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email with a friendly and professional approach.
- Diagnose and resolve product and service issues, escalating complex cases to tier 2 support when needed.
- Document all interactions accurately in our CRM and adhere to data entry standards.
- Meet and strive to exceed performance metrics such as CSAT, first contact resolution, and average handle time.
- Provide product guidance, troubleshooting steps, and upsell or cross sell opportunities when appropriate.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive experience.
- Follow privacy, security and compliance policies in every interaction and maintain quality standards.
Qualification
- 1 year of customer service or call center experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Empathy, active listening, and problem solving ability to defuse challenging situations.
- Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills; comfortable navigating multiple systems.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment with shift flexibility.
- High school diploma or higher; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
