Responsibility

  • Provide comprehensive reference services and research assistance to patrons in person, online, and via chat.

  • Manage metadata, cataloging workflows, and quality control to ensure discoverability.

Qualification

  • Master's degree in Library Science or an equivalent LIS credential from an ALA accredited program
  • Minimum 3 years of professional library experience in reference, cataloging, and user services
  • Experience with MARC, RDA, Dublin Core, and library metadata standards
  • Proficiency with library management systems such as Symphony/Alma WorldShare or Koha and discovery layers
  • Strong research, communication, and information literacy instruction skills
