As part of the Digital Services team, you will support patrons in person and online, curate collections for online platforms, and develop engaging information literacy and technology training programs.

Responsibility
- Provide high quality reference and research assistance in person, by phone, and online, helping patrons locate information efficiently.
- Support and expand digital resources including e books, databases, repositories, and streaming media.
- Catalog and classify materials using current standards such as MARC 21 and Dublin Core and maintain accurate metadata.
- Design and deliver information literacy instruction and hands on technology workshops for patrons of all ages.
- Collaborate with collections, technology, and outreach teams to plan services and programs that reflect community needs.
- Analyze circulation and usage data to inform collection development and service improvements.
- Engage with community partners and schools to promote library programs and digital literacy initiatives.
Qualification
- Master of Library and Information Science or equivalent accredited degree.
- Minimum of two years of professional experience in a public or academic library setting.
- Strong cataloging and metadata skills with familiarity in MARC 21 and Dublin Core.
- Excellent reference and information literacy instruction abilities and strong communication skills.
- Experience with library management systems and digital platforms; ability to learn new tools quickly.
