Responsibility
- Host engaging live-stream shopping sessions showcasing Kapas Living’s premium sleepwear and lifestyle products.
- Present product features and benefits clearly and persuasively to an online audience.
- Interact with viewers in real-time, answering questions and providing personalized recommendations.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to plan and execute live stream content.
- Maintain a professional, energetic, and approachable on-screen presence.
- Monitor live stream performance metrics and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Assist in developing promotional campaigns and special event broadcasts.
- Stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences to tailor content effectively.
Qualification
- Proven experience in live streaming, hosting, or related customer-facing roles is highly preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Malay is a plus.
- Comfortable engaging and interacting with online audiences in a dynamic environment.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing concepts.
- Ability to learn and articulate product details clearly and confidently.
- High energy, personable, and a passion for lifestyle and fashion products.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and live streaming software.
- Availability to work full-time from Taman Desa, Kuala Lumpur.
