As a Livestream Host, you will be the face of our brand, guiding viewers through live broadcasts, presenting products, sharing stories, and creating memorable moments that resonate with our audience. You will collaborate with content creators, marketers, and designers to ensure every stream reflects our brand voice and strategic goals.
This full-time role blends creativity with performance, requiring a confident on-camera presence, quick thinking, and a passion for connecting with communities online. You will plan and deliver live programming that informs, entertains, and motivates viewers to take action—whether that's following our channels, visiting a site, or signing up for updates.
In addition to hosting, you will work closely with the marketing team to script topics, curate visuals, and optimize content for multiple platforms. You will also help repurpose live streams into short clips, reels, and highlights to extend reach and longevity of each broadcast. Responsibility
- Host live streams across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) presenting products and brand stories with energy and authenticity.
- Moderate live chats in real time, foster positive community interactions, and address viewer questions.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams to plan topics, scripts, and on-brand messaging.
- Produce engaging content during streams and capture highlights for social channels.
- Analyze performance metrics (viewers, engagement, retention) and contribute ideas to improve future streams.
- Ensure technical readiness: test audio/video setup, lighting, and streaming software (OBS/Streamlabs).
- Coordinate schedules, events, and guest appearances; align streams with campaigns and promotions.
Qualification
- Proven experience hosting livestreams or on-camera content; strong Indonesian communication skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; engaging, confident, and energetic on camera.
- Familiarity with streaming software (OBS, Streamlabs) and basic video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and content trends; ability to interpret analytics.
- Creative thinker with the ability to craft compelling scripts and storytelling tailored to the audience.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours and deadlines.
- Team player with strong collaboration and alignment with brand guidelines.
