Join IQ-EQ as a Loan Analyst on a night shift in Ortigas, Metro Manila. In this contract role, you will support credit analysis, underwriting, and loan processing for a fast-paced corporate services team that serves a global client base. You will work closely with lenders, risk and operations colleagues, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate data, compliant workflows, and timely loan decisions. Responsibility
- Review and analyze loan applications and credit data to assess risk and determine approval or structuring needs.
- Verify documents, perform due diligence, and ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
- Underwrite and structure loan facilities according to guidelines; calculate terms, rates, and covenants.
- Monitor portfolio for delinquencies, flags, and early risk signals; coordinate with the risk team for escalation.
- Maintain accurate loan files and documentation; prepare reports for management and auditors.
- Collaborate with operations, underwriting, and compliance teams to ensure efficient processing and data integrity.
- Respond to inquiries from clients, lenders, and internal stakeholders; provide clear status updates on loan cases.
- Support month-end close and reporting, ensuring data integrity and timely delivery.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in loan analysis, credit analysis, banking, or related roles.
- Strong analytical and numerical abilities; proficiency in Excel; familiarity with loan origination systems.
- Knowledge of lending regulations and compliance standards (AML/KYC basics; general financial regulatory requirements).
- Excellent communication skills, ability to work night shift, and effective stakeholder management.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Proactive problem solving and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Team-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
