Karofi Holding is seeking a results-driven Local Area Marketing Executive to lead partnerships and local campaigns in Metro Manila. This role focuses on building and managing a robust network of channel partners, community organizations, and local businesses to drive qualified traffic, generate leads, and accelerate sales. The ideal candidate blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills to secure win-win partnerships. In this role, you will own the end-to-end partnership lifecycle—from prospecting and onboarding to ongoing program optimization. You will collaborate closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to tailor partner programs to local markets, measure ROI, and report performance to leadership. A successful Local Area Marketing Executive will be passionate about community engagement, brand representation, and delivering measurable results in Metro Manila.
Responsibility
- Develop and manage a diversified portfolio of local partnerships, including retailers, community groups, schools, and corporates, to drive traffic, leads, and sales in Metro Manila.
- Plan, execute, and optimize local area marketing campaigns and events that amplify brand presence and partner ROI.
- Negotiate partnership terms, ensure channel alignment, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to maximize revenue and ROAS.
- Onboard, train, and support partners with clear guidelines, collateral, and ongoing program management.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Digital Marketing teams to tailor messaging and offers for local markets.
- Conduct market research to identify new partner opportunities and refine the local partner ecosystem.
- Monitor, report, and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Represent Karofi at local events, conferences, and community initiatives to strengthen brand awareness.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, or channel management, preferably in the Philippines or Metro Manila.
- Proven ability to build and manage strategic partnerships and drive measurable results.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong project management and organizational capabilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools; data-driven decision-making skills.
- Self-starter who can work independently and collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English; Filipino language skills are a plus.
