Salary and location

As a member of Private Advertiser's logistics team, you will collaborate with procurement, carriers, and internal departments to optimize warehouse operations, maintain accurate records, and contribute to ongoing process improvements. Responsibility
- Process sales orders, issue invoices, and prepare packing lists and shipping documents to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, receiving goods, verifying quantities, and organizing secure storage.
- Perform daily stock checks and maintain accurate records in the inventory system; flag discrepancies for investigation.
- Maintain data integrity across ERP/WMS systems and ensure timely data entry for all warehouse transactions.
- Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve issues and optimize logistics workflows.
- Support admin tasks including data entry, filing, reporting, and reconciliation of invoices and payments.
- Assist with regular cycle counts, warehouse housekeeping, and adherence to safety and compliance standards.
- Provide backup coverage for related warehouse administrative duties during peak periods.
Qualification
- 1β3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse administration, or supply chain support (entry-level to mid-level).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic ERP/WMS systems; strong data entry and numerical skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; able to collaborate with carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Eligibility to work in Singapore; willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic logistics environment.
- Basic understanding of shipping documentation and inventory control concepts is a plus.
