In this position, you will support warehouse operations for car parts, ensuring accurate receiving, storage, and order fulfillment. You will work closely with procurement and carriers to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, track inventory levels, and maintain accurate data in our ERP/WMS systems. Your attention to detail will help reduce discrepancies, improve stock accuracy, and ensure on-time deliveries to customers and partners.
Key activities include inventory control, cycle counting, packaging, labeling, and preparing shipping documentation. You’ll help maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse, follow safety procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that streamline processes and reduce costs. Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and organize inbound automotive parts shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and data entry into ERP/WMS systems.
- Pick, pack, and prepare car parts orders for internal teams and external customers with accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with suppliers and carriers for inbound and outbound shipments, including scheduling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment; comply with safety protocols.
- Track and report key logistics metrics (inventory accuracy, turnaround times, on-time shipments) to support continuous improvement.
- Support packing, labeling, and preparation of shipping documents; assist with customs paperwork if applicable.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant logistics experience preferred, especially in automotive parts.
- 1-2 years in warehouse or logistics roles; experience with car parts is a plus.
- Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems and basic computer skills; strong data entry accuracy.
- Good math skills, attention to detail, and ability to count, measure, and handle parts safely.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork; able to work independently when needed.
- Physical stamina to lift and move parts and stand for extended periods; compliance with safety rules.
