As the Logistics and Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll own end-to-end warehouse operations, from receipt of goods to dispatch, while ensuring safety, accuracy, and cost-conscious practices. You’ll leverage data-driven insights to improve picking accuracy, reduce cycle times, and maximize space utilization. This role is perfect for a proactive problem-solver who enjoys collaborating with procurement, sales, and logistics partners to meet ever-changing customer demands.
What you’ll do:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure accurate, on-time order fulfillment and smooth inbound/outbound logistics.
- Lead receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and shipping processes with a focus on efficiency and quality.
- Manage inventory control activities including cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and SKU accuracy.
- Supervise a warehouse team, including training, scheduling, performance feedback, and enforcing safety and housekeeping standards.
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and distribution partners to optimize supply chain performance and customer service levels.
- Monitor KPIs (order accuracy, on-time shipments, inventory turns) and implement process improvements to reduce waste and delays.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards; manage incident reporting and corrective actions.
- Prepare operational reports and assist with budgeting and cost-control initiatives for warehouse activities.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations; leadership experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to motivate teams.
- Proficiency with WMS/ERP systems and MS Excel; data-driven decision making.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, inventory control, shipping/receiving, and quality assurance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to change.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and a focus on accuracy.
