Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely delivery and accuracy.
- Maintain and update inventory records, tracking stock levels and reconciling discrepancies.
- Prepare and process shipping documents, invoices, and other related paperwork.
- Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to resolve delivery and logistics issues.
- Assist in planning and optimizing transportation routes for cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor warehouse operations to ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Support in the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and delivery personnel.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall logistics efficiency.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications; experience with ERP or warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Willingness to work in Bonifacio Global City, Metro Manila on a full-time basis.
