Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor daily logistics and inventory operations, ensuring timely receipt and dispatch of goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks and reconciliations.
- Support warehouse activities including goods receiving, picking, packing, and order fulfillment.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and transporters to ensure smooth inbound and outbound logistics processes.
- Prepare shipping documents and inventory reports for management review.
- Assist in process improvements to optimize warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations at all times.
- Provide administrative support and handle logistics documentation as required.
Qualification
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in logistics, inventory control, or warehouse operations is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office and logistics/inventory management systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with manufacturing, transport, and logistics industry standards is preferred.
- Willingness to work in the East Region of Singapore.
