As a key member of the logistics team, you will coordinate end-to-end logistics activities, including inbound and outbound shipments, inventory management, and order processing. You will partner with suppliers, contract carriers, warehouses, and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery, optimal space utilization, and cost-effective transportation. Your attention to detail will help maintain accurate records, enable compliant documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives. You will coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, monitor inventory levels, and ensure the accuracy of data across ERP/WMS systems to drive effective decision-making.

Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day logistics operations including order processing, receiving, outbound shipments, and inventory control to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, warehouses, and internal teams to execute orders, schedule shipments, and optimize transportation routes.
- Prepare and maintain shipping documents, purchase orders, invoices, packing lists, and export/import documentation in compliance with local and international regulations.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as OTIF (on-time in-full), inventory accuracy, and order cycle time; generate daily/weekly reports for leadership.
- Perform data entry and ensure data integrity in ERP/WMS systems; investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Support warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dock scheduling to sustain smooth operations.
- Identify process improvements, contribute to SOP development, and drive cost efficiency and process excellence across the supply chain.
Qualification
- Diploma or degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain, preferably in manufacturing or electronics sectors.
- Working knowledge of ERP/WMS systems (for example SAP, Oracle) and strong Excel skills.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication abilities; able to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners; customer service mindset.
