Join Bestank Manufacturing Corporation as a Logistics Planner in Mandaue City, Cebu. In this role, you will forecast and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely, accurate delivery of items across our distribution network. You will collaborate with sales teams, warehouse staff, and transport partners to align delivery schedules with production plans and order commitments. You will monitor inventory levels, track key performance indicators, and implement process improvements to reduce cycle times and costs. Key responsibilities include coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure product availability for dispatch, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. Responsibility
- Plan and optimize daily and weekly logistics operations to ensure on-time delivery of goods across the distribution network.
- Coordinate with sales teams and field personnel to align delivery schedules with inventory availability and promodiser requirements where applicable.
- Monitor inventory levels across warehouses, manage replenishment, and maintain appropriate safety stock to prevent stockouts.
- Schedule transportation, select carriers, and track shipments end-to-end using ERP systems and logistics software.
- Analyze delivery performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement cost-saving process improvements.
- Collaborate with production planning to align manufacturing and distribution activities and improve overall supply chain efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for inbound and outbound shipments, including customs and regulatory compliance where required.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in the supply chain to boost reliability and customer satisfaction.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in logistics, planning, or distribution, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of inventory management and demand forecasting.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities with a proactive mindset.
- Knowledge of local transport regulations and warehouse operations is a plus.
