Private Advertiser is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to join our fast-paced operations in Manila City, Metro Manila. Responsibility
- Coordinate movers and transportation providers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
- Track shipments, update customers and stakeholders, and proactively communicate status changes.
- Manage inventory records, perform reconciliation, and support warehouse operations to optimize stock levels.
- Collaborate with sales, customer service, and operations teams to resolve shipment issues and service disruptions.
- Prepare and maintain shipping documents, invoices, and compliance records in accordance with company policies.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce delays, and mitigate operational risks.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and maintaining professional communication with drivers, vendors, and clients.
Qualification
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics, transportation coordination, or warehouse operations.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with logistics software/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, WMS) is a plus.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Customer-focused mindset and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Willingness to work in Manila and adapt to occasional overtime or weekend shifts if required.
