Responsibility
- Coordinate daily logistics operations, including shipment scheduling, routing, carrier liaison, and adherence to deadlines.
- Monitor inventory levels, perform cycle counts, and support stock reconciliation to maintain accuracy.
- Process purchase orders, receipts, and shipping documentation, ensuring compliance and traceability.
- Track shipments in real time and provide status updates to customers and internal teams.
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and production to align on delivery windows and production planning.
- Maintain data accuracy in ERP or WMS systems and generate routine reports for management.
- Support warehouse activities such as packing, labeling, and loading/unloading as required.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in logistics or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse support; fresh graduates considered with training.
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with MS Office; experience with ERP or WMS systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Knowledge of shipping regulations, import/export documentation is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities.
