Responsibility

  • Coordinate daily logistics operations including order entry, vendor communications, shipment tracking, and documentation
  • Maintain and update inventory records and process incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Liaise with suppliers, warehouses, couriers, and internal teams to ensure on time delivery
  • Prepare and reconcile reports on shipping performance, spend, and vendor compliance
  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and travel or meeting logistics as needed
  • Support onboarding and training of new suppliers and drive process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and data security while maintaining accurate records
  • Provide administrative support across cross functional teams in a remote environment

Qualification

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 plus years in logistics, supply chain, or administrative support
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and familiarity with ERP or TMS systems
