- Provide accurate historical context and compelling storytelling
- Ensure guest safety and effective group management

- Record feedback and contribute to continuous improvement
- Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
Qualification
- Excellent public speaking and customer service skills
- Fluent English; additional languages a plus
- Strong knowledge of London's history, landmarks, and culture
- Ability to navigate the city on foot and with maps
- Reliable attendance and flexibility to work weekends and evenings
- Valid right to work in the UK
- First aid or safeguarding certification is a plus
