Responsibility
- Participate in a structured training program across store operations, merchandising, guest experience, and brand partnerships.
- Assist in daily store operations, inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention.
- Support visual merchandising and product launches to maximize seasonal opportunities.
- Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform merchandising and promotional decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, store leadership) to plan promotions and campaigns.
- Deliver outstanding guest experiences by building rapport, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues.
- Complete on-the-job projects and rotations to build leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
Qualification
- 0-2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service; recent graduates welcome.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving and data-driven thinking.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment; proactive and adaptable.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with POS systems or basic analytics is a plus.
