Bain & Company is seeking a results oriented Manager, HR and Talent to partner with the APAC EAMA and Global Business Services KL teams. In this role you will shape talent strategy across Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, working with the APAC EA/MA Program leads on organizational design, workforce planning and program effectiveness.
As part of the talent leadership team, you will drive design and delivery of talent initiatives that advance Bain's people strategy and business performance. You will collaborate with human resources partners, Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition and operations to implement scalable programs across multiple markets, ensuring data driven decision making and strong governance.
Key responsibilities include leading organizational design and workforce planning efforts, building robust talent analytics, developing leadership development programs, and measuring program impact through clear metrics. You will play a critical role in change management and stakeholder communication to align regional priorities with global standards.

Responsibility
- Partner with the APAC EA/MA Program leads to shape talent strategy, including organizational design and workforce planning across APAC EAMA and GBS KL.
- Lead the design, delivery, and governance of talent programs including leadership development, succession planning, and performance management.
- Develop and implement talent analytics and dashboards to measure program effectiveness and inform business decisions.
- Build strong partnerships with HR, L&D, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders across multiple markets to ensure aligned execution.
- Drive change management initiatives to adopt new talent practices and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Support compensation, rewards, and recognition strategies in line with Bain policies and market practices.
- Oversee cross-functional talent initiatives such as mobility, capability building, and regional talent reviews.
- Ensure data integrity and governance for talent data across APAC EAMA and GBS KL.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred in HR, business, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in human resources, talent management, organizational design, or workforce planning; consulting experience and APAC/EMEA exposure are a plus.
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience in HR analytics, data visualization, and HRIS systems; proficient with data storytelling.
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and cross-cultural sensitivity.
- Experience delivering large-scale talent programs, leadership development, and change management in a global environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across regions, drive results, and operate with a high level of resilience.
- Fluent in English; additional languages such as Malay or Mandarin are advantageous.
