National University Health System (NUHS) is seeking a results-driven Manager, Organisational Development to shape the future of our organisation across the West Region. You will design and deliver OD strategies aligned to NUHS's mission to deliver high quality patient care, education, and research. As the organisation continues to evolve from development to operations, you will partner with clinical and non-clinical leaders to build capability, culture, and performance that sustains excellence in healthcare delivery.
In this role you will lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide OD initiatives, including change management for major programmes, leadership development, and capability-building for teams across NUHS. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into practical programs, tools, and metrics. Responsibility
- Lead the design and delivery of organizational development strategies to improve effectiveness, workforce capability, and culture across NUHS West Region.
- Drive change management initiatives for major programmes and service expansions, including clinical process improvements and digital transformations.
- Design and implement leadership development, talent review, and succession planning programs to build leadership bench strength.
- Conduct organizational design reviews, role profiling, and workforce planning to optimise structure and workflows.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives; develop and administer surveys; translate insights into targeted action plans.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to embed OD interventions, monitor adoption, and measure impact with dashboards and metrics.
- Facilitate workshops, coaching, and group facilitation to support teams through strategy deployment and change.
- Manage OD projects end-to-end, including scoping, stakeholder engagement, budgeting, and reporting.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, OD, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 5+ years’ experience in Organisational Development, Change Management, or Learning & Development, preferably in healthcare or large public organisations.
- Proven track record implementing OD interventions with measurable outcomes; experience with leadership development and coaching.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills; ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of OD frameworks and change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) and data-driven decision making; proficiency with analytics and survey tools.
- Experience with organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management; familiarity with HRIS/LMS.
- Project management experience with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously; professional certification (PMP, PMI-ACP) is a plus.
