As the Manager for Training & Development at Sambal Bakar Indonesia, you will lead restaurant training programs, develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), enhance service quality, and ensure optimal outlet team performance through effective programs.
Responsibility
- Design and implement training programs for restaurant staff
- Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Develop strategies to improve service quality
- Ensure optimal team performance in outlets
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in HR or relevant field
- Proven experience in training and development
- Strong leadership and communication skills
