Join TalentConsult 2 as a Mandarin speaking Customer Service Representative in Kuala Lumpur. This full-time role seeks professionals with 2+ years in digital advertising or customer service who are passionate about helping clients achieve success. Your daily responsibilities will include guiding customers through onboarding, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve complex questions. You will document cases in the CRM, track interactions, and ensure data integrity. By understanding digital advertising products and services, you will tailor solutions to client needs while upholding the brand's commitment to exceptional customer experience. Responsibility
- Provide Mandarin language support to customers via phone, chat and email with professionalism and courtesy
- Resolve product and service issues promptly while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Record accurate case notes in the CRM and update customer records
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on onboarding and campaign inquiries for digital advertising
- Escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams and ensure timely resolution
- Meet or exceed KPIs for response time, resolution rate and customer satisfaction
- Assist with billing, orders and account management related to advertising services
- Suggest relevant product recommendations and upsell opportunities where appropriate
Qualification
- Fluent in Mandarin with strong written and spoken English; Malay is a plus
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital advertising or customer service
- Experience with CRM tools and ticketing systems (eg Zendesk, Salesforce)
- Excellent communication, problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively and work under pressure
- Detail oriented with accurate data entry and documentation
- Eligible to work in Malaysia and able to work shift patterns as required
