Responsibility

  • Provide Mandarin language support to customers via phone, chat and email with professionalism and courtesy
  • Resolve product and service issues promptly while maintaining high customer satisfaction
  • Record accurate case notes in the CRM and update customer records
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on onboarding and campaign inquiries for digital advertising
  • Escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams and ensure timely resolution
  • Meet or exceed KPIs for response time, resolution rate and customer satisfaction
  • Assist with billing, orders and account management related to advertising services
  • Suggest relevant product recommendations and upsell opportunities where appropriate

Qualification

  • Fluent in Mandarin with strong written and spoken English; Malay is a plus
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital advertising or customer service
  • Experience with CRM tools and ticketing systems (eg Zendesk, Salesforce)
  • Excellent communication, problem solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively and work under pressure
  • Detail oriented with accurate data entry and documentation
  • Eligible to work in Malaysia and able to work shift patterns as required
