Join PT Dbest Thanisa Grup as a Mandarin Translator in Balaraja, Banten. In this full time role, you will bridge communication between the China based production team and local staff, ensuring accurate, timely translations of technical documents, SOPs, production notes and on site conversations to support manufacturing efficiency.
Your work will enable smooth cross functional collaboration across engineering, QA, procurement and floor operations. You will translate supplier communications, meeting notes, work instructions, quality reports and safety guidelines from Mandarin to Indonesian and back, while maintaining a consistent terminology glossary to support scalability and compliance. You will also assist with localization of documents for global teams and help document scale up processes as production lines grow.

Responsibility
- Translate technical documentation, production procedures and quality reports between Mandarin and Indonesian with high accuracy.
- Interpret during meetings, site briefings and cross functional discussions to ensure clear and timely information flow.
- Maintain and update glossary of technical terms and ensure consistent terminology across all documents.
- Translate SOPs, work instructions, safety guidelines and packaging specifications for the manufacturing floor.
- Support document localization, data entry and record keeping to support production planning and compliance.
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, procurement and production teams to facilitate smooth production processes and issue resolution.
- Monitor deadlines and manage translation tasks to meet project timelines while upholding confidentiality and data security.
Qualification
- Fluent in Mandarin and Indonesian with strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Experience translating technical or manufacturing documents is preferred.
- Ability to understand complex production processes and translate them accurately.
- Attention to detail, quality orientation and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar office software and basic document management.
- Understanding of confidentiality and data security in a manufacturing environment.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross functional teams on the shop floor.
