As a member of our manufacturing team, you will collaborate with engineering, operations, and maintenance to implement processes that maximize throughput and minimize waste. Responsibility

  • Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and improve throughput.
  • Design and implement standardized work, line layouts, and capacity plans to maximize efficiency.
  • Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks, track OEE, and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and effective preventive maintenance programs.
  • Lead root cause problem solving and CAPA activities across shifts and teams.
  • Develop validation protocols for new processes and support process transfers for new product introductions.
  • Support safety, quality, and regulatory compliance in day-to-day operations.
  • Mentor shop floor teams and drive a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in precision components or automotive.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, Minitab, Tableau) and ERP/MES systems.
  • Experience with automated equipment, robotics, and PLCs is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality standards.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
