Responsibility
- Lead process improvement initiatives to reduce waste and downtime across production lines.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Lead New Product Introductions (NPI) with cross-functional teams including design, quality, and supply chain.
- Develop and implement standardized work, SOPs, and visual management tools.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions using problem-solving methodologies (8D, DMAIC).
- Collaborate with maintenance and operations to maximize equipment availability and OEE.
- Drive Lean and Six Sigma projects to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) targets.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical) or related field.
- 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment.
- Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher).
- Experience with data analysis tools (Minitab, Excel, SQL) and visual management.
- Familiarity with CAD tools and process simulations; basic PLC knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
