We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to optimize production lines, scale processes, and deliver exceptional quality and efficiency. As a member of our Operations team, you will partner with design, quality, and maintenance to implement robust manufacturing processes, deploy lean methodologies, and reduce waste across high-volume lines.

Responsibility

  • Lead process improvement initiatives to optimize throughput and reduce cycle times across assigned manufacturing lines.
  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes, SOPs, and work instructions to ensure consistent quality.
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma tools to analyze bottlenecks, implement countermeasures, and track KPIs such as OEE, scrap rate, and cycle time.
  • Collaborate with design and quality teams to ensure manufacturability and reliable product launches.
  • Lead root-cause analysis using 5 Whys and Fishbone diagrams; implement corrective actions and verify results.
  • Oversee equipment qualification, preventive maintenance planning, and CAPEX justification for line upgrades.
  • Drive safety and 5S workplace organization to maintain a clean, compliant production floor.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in high-volume production environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).
  • Experience with automation, PLCs, robotics, CAD (SolidWorks or equivalent) and MES.
  • Proficient in data analytics, KPI tracking, DOE, MSA, FMEA.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to read blueprints and process documentation; strong knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA) and GMP if applicable.
