Responsibility

  • Lead cross functional process improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and cycle times.
  • Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement data driven solutions that increase yield and uptime.
  • Define and document standard work, SOPs, and control plans to ensure consistent quality across shifts.
  • Manage kaizen events and pilot deployments, tracking benefits and sustaining gains with rigorous follow up.
  • Collaborate with Maintenance to optimize preventive maintenance and reduce unplanned downtime.
  • Support capacity planning and line balancing to meet customer demand with excellent on time delivery.
  • Facilitate root cause analysis for quality issues using problem solving tools and 8D methodology.

Qualification

  • Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands on manufacturing experience in a high speed production environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, and DOE methodologies.
  • Experience with ERP/MES systems (SAP or Oracle) and data analysis tools (Excel, Minitab, or JMP).
  • Excellent problem solving, communication, and collaborative skills with the ability to influence cross functional teams.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and implement process changes safely and compliant with regulatory standards.
