In this role, you will own end-to-end production performance, drive continuous improvement, and uphold the highest standards of quality and safety. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet aggressive production schedules while maximizing throughput and minimizing waste.

Responsibility

  • Oversee daily production planning and scheduling across multiple lines to meet output targets.
  • Lead capacity planning, line balancing, and takt time optimization to maximize throughput.
  • Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and TPM methodologies.
  • Monitor and improve OEE, quality metrics, safety performance, and on-time delivery.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to resolve bottlenecks quickly.
  • Coach and develop shift supervisors; manage performance reviews and succession planning.
  • Lead root cause analysis for defects and deviations; implement corrective actions and preventive measures.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 7+ years in manufacturing operations with progressive leadership roles.
  • Proven experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement programs.
  • Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and ERP/MES systems (SAP or Oracle preferred).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Safety-conscious mindset with a track record of improving workplace safety.
