We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer to optimize production lines, improve throughput, and ensure world-class quality. This role blends hands-on process engineering with cross-functional leadership.

As a key member of our Operations team, you will analyze current processes, design and implement improvements, and mentor operators to adopt best practices. You will partner with Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to drive measurable gains in efficiency, yield, and safety.

Responsibility

  • Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks and waste, using data-driven methods.
  • Lead design and implementation of process improvements to increase throughput and reduce cycle times.
  • Develop and validate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
  • Collaborate with Quality to ensure product conformance and drive root-cause problem solving (5 Whys, Ishikawa, DOE).
  • Partner with Maintenance and Equipment Engineering to select, install, and commission new equipment and automation
  • Lead or support Kaizen events and productivity projects with measurable targets (cost, yield, and safety).
  • Monitor process capability (Cp/Cpk) and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Provide training and mentoring to operators and technicians to sustain improvements.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing process engineering or equivalent roles.
  • Strong data analysis skills and experience with Lean, Six Sigma tools (DMAIC, DOE, SPC).
  • Experience with automation, PLCs, MES/ERP systems and process simulation software.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and control plans.
  • Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations; PMP certification is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed.
