Responsibility
- Supervise, motivate, and coach production teams to consistently meet safety and quality standards
- Coordinate daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient use of equipment and materials
- Monitor production output and proactively address process bottlenecks or deviations
- Implement lean manufacturing methods for continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and all safety policies
- Deliver regular performance feedback and facilitate staff training initiatives
- Collaborate with engineering and quality departments to resolve issues rapidly
- Assist in production planning and optimize workforce utilization
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing, engineering, or operations
- Minimum 3 years’ supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proven knowledge of lean/continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with ERP software and production reporting tools
- OSHA certification (or willingness to obtain)
