Responsibility
- Operate and monitor production equipment on assigned lines, ensuring output meets quality standards.
- Perform routine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Conduct quality inspections and record data using standardized test methods and digital systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety and SOP guidelines.
- Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to resolve equipment issues.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, including waste reduction and process optimization.
- Adhere to lean manufacturing principles and participate in 5S activities.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification preferred.
- 1-3 years of manufacturing or production experience; automotive or metalworking a plus.
- Basic understanding of safety regulations and PPE usage.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow work instructions; basic measurement skills (calipers, tape, micrometers).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including potential overtime.
- Proficiency with digital data entry and basic computer literacy; SAP/ERP experience is a plus.
