Nova Insights LLC is seeking a results-driven Market Research Analyst to join our growing commercial analytics team. You will design and execute research studies that reveal actionable insights for product teams, marketing, and strategy.
In this role, you will combine primary research, secondary data, and advanced analytics to uncover consumer trends and benchmarks. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate data into compelling recommendations.

Responsibility
- Design and execute quantitative and qualitative market research studies.
- Develop survey instruments, recruitment plans, and data collection protocols.
- Perform data cleaning, analysis (descriptive and inferential), and visualization.
- Present insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
- Manage vendor relationships, sampling, and budget.
- Create dashboards and reports to track market trends and KPIs.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to translate findings into actions.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
- 2-4 years of market research experience.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and one of SPSS/R/Python.
- Experience with survey design, sampling methods, and data collection.
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights and persuasive storytelling.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).
