NovaInsights Labs, a premium market research agency in New York City, partners with tech and consumer brands to uncover actionable insights that shape product strategy and go to market plans.
We are seeking a Senior Market Research Analyst who combines rigorous quantitative skills with compelling storytelling. You will design research studies, analyze data, and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Responsibility
- Design and execute market research studies including surveys, interviews, and secondary research
- Analyze data using rigorous statistical methods and translate results into actionable business recommendations
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to define research scope and objectives
- Develop research briefs, dashboards, and executive ready reports
- Manage vendor relationships for data collection and ensure high quality deliverables
- Present findings to senior leadership with clear strategic implications
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategy
Qualification
- Bachelors in Marketing, Economics, Statistics or related field; Masters preferred
- 3+ years in market research or related field
- Strong proficiency in SPSS, R, Python or similar tools; experience with Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent analytical, storytelling, and communication skills
- Experience with survey design, sampling, and data privacy compliance
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Familiarity with Qualtrics or SurveyMonkey
