Responsibility
- Design, manage, and execute end-to-end market research studies (quantitative and qualitative) from scoping to reporting.
- Develop survey instruments, sampling plans, interview guides, and data collection strategies.
- Analyze data using statistical tools (SPSS, R, Python) and translate results into actionable insights.
- Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations (Tableau, Power BI) to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Strategy teams to translate insights into recommendations and roadmaps.
- Present findings to senior leadership and clients with clear storytelling and business implications.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Statistics, Economics, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- 3-5 years of market research experience in agency or corporate settings.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and statistical software (SPSS, R, Python).
- Experience designing surveys, experiments, and studying consumer behavior across multiple channels.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to tell compelling data-driven stories.
- Experience with digital analytics and dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) and data visualization best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
