NovaInsights Analytics is seeking a results driven Market Research Analyst to join our dynamic team in New York City. You will design and execute rigorous studies that uncover deep consumer insights, translate data into actionable business strategies, and support product and marketing decisions with clear, compelling storytelling.

Responsibility
- Lead design and execution of primary and secondary market research studies to uncover customer needs and market opportunities.
- Develop questionnaires, discussion guides, and sampling plans; manage fieldwork and data collection to quality standards.
- Analyze data using SQL, Excel, SPSS or R, and visualization tools to produce clear, actionable insights.
- Translate complex data into concise stories and strategic recommendations for product, marketing, and executive teams.
- Manage multiple concurrent studies, timelines, and budgets with a strong focus on quality and impact.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to embed insights into go to market, pricing, and product strategy.
- Build and maintain market intelligence dashboards and recurring reports for ongoing decision making.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related field; Master's preferred
- 2-5 years of market research experience in agency or in-house settings
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills including questionnaire design and sampling
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI; familiarity with SPSS or R
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Strong project management abilities with disciplined attention to detail and deadlines
