We are seeking a Senior Market Research Analyst to join our New York City team and drive data-informed decisions across sectors including consumer goods, tech, and healthcare.
In this role, you will design and execute mixed-method research programs, transform complex data into actionable recommendations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence strategic initiatives.

Responsibility
- Lead the design of research studies, including sampling strategies, instrument development, and data collection plans.
- Manage end-to-end market research projects from scoping to client-ready deliverables.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data, build actionable insights, and create compelling narratives.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Present findings to executives and clients, and facilitate workshops to drive decision-making.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and strategy teams to translate insights into actions.
- Mentor junior researchers and uphold rigorous research quality standards.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or related field; Master's preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in market research, with strong qualitative and quantitative skills.
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as SPSS, SAS, R, Python and survey platforms like Qualtrics or SurveyMonkey.
- Strong statistical knowledge and research design capabilities, including sampling and bias mitigation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; adept at presenting to senior leadership.
- Experience managing multiple projects and client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI) and storytelling with data.
