We are seeking a detail-oriented Market Research Analyst to design and manage mixed-method studies, analyze data, and translate findings into strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, craft rigorous study briefs, recruit and supervise participants when needed, and ensure high-quality deliverables on tight timelines.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end market research projects from brief to actionable deliverables, including study design, data collection, cleaning, and analysis.
- Design surveys, conduct qualitative interviews and panels, and utilize conjoint or choice modeling where appropriate.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data using statistical tools, synthesize findings, and present insights to senior stakeholders.
- Develop compelling narratives and data visualizations to communicate key implications for product, pricing, and messaging strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define research objectives and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Oversee vendor management and participant recruitment, ensuring ethical standards and high-quality data collection.
- Maintain rigorous project documentation, timelines, and quality control to ensure on-time delivery.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to thought leadership within the firm.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Market Research, Economics, Statistics, Psychology, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- 3+ years of hands-on market research experience in consumer or technology sectors.
- Proficiency with statistical software (SPSS, R, Python) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and sampling techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with experience producing client-ready reports and presentations.
- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple studies and meet deadlines.
- Portfolio of work or case studies preferred.
