As a Market Research Analyst, you will design studies, analyze data, and present clear recommendations that drive growth and customer understanding.
Responsibility
- Design and execute primary and secondary research to understand customer needs and the competitive landscape.
- Plan and manage studies, surveys, interviews, and focus groups to gather high-quality data.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Create dashboards and visualizations (Tableau/Power BI) to communicate metrics to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to influence go-to-market strategies and product roadmaps.
- Monitor market trends, competitive movements, and regulatory developments to anticipate impacts.
- Manage research vendors, timelines, and budgets while ensuring data quality and ethical standards.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 2+ years of market research or consumer insights experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong statistical and analytical skills; proficiency in Excel; experience with SPSS/R/SAS and SQL is a plus.
- Experience with survey design tools (Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to tell a data-driven story to executives.
- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent studies and deadlines.
