Responsibility
- Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end market research studies (qualitative and quantitative) to inform product and growth strategies.
- Design surveys, sampling plans, focus group guides, and data collection protocols.
- Analyze data using SQL, Excel, SPSS/SAS, and BI tools; build dashboards and reports for leadership.
- Identify trends, segments, and drivers; forecast market opportunities and competitive dynamics.
- Translate findings into actionable recommendations and business implications for cross-functional teams.
- Present insights to executives in clear, compelling formats; influence decision-making and prioritization.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and external vendors/fieldwork partners as needed.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related field; 2-5 years of market research experience.
- Proficiency with SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
- Experience designing surveys, sampling plans, and data collection methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of statistical methods and software (SPSS, R, Python).
- A proven track record translating data into actionable business recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; strong presentation and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and sales teams; vendor management a plus.
