Responsibility
- Design and execute primary and secondary market research studies to inform strategic decisions.
- Develop survey instruments, sampling plans, and coordinate fieldwork with internal teams and external vendors.
- Clean, analyze, and interpret data using SPSS, R, Python, and advanced Excel; ensure reproducible results.
- Build dashboards and visualizations in Tableau or Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Translate data into actionable recommendations for product development, pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer sentiment to identify opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to translate insights into strategy and execution plans.
- Mentor junior analysts and maintain rigorous data quality, documentation, and project timelines.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 3+ years of hands-on market research experience across consumer segments; experience in tech, healthcare, or CPG is a plus.
- Proficiency with SPSS, R, Python, SQL, and advanced Excel; experience with Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong knowledge of survey design, sampling methods, data cleaning, and statistical analysis.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, storytelling, and communication skills; ability to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Project management and cross-functional collaboration skills; ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Vendor management experience and ability to coordinate fieldwork with external partners.
- Familiarity with conjoint analysis, market sizing, and demand forecasting is a plus.
